Construction Work Schedule and overall Budget and Cash Flow Planning is prepared together with the Contractor(s) and carefully followed-up by Proge. Monthly Progress Reports are prepared for the Client to protect him from surprises. The Progress Payment Invoices of the Contractor(s) and Change Orders are studied and approved. The Quality Control Systems and Site Safety Plans are prepared and followed. All of this is done to ensure timely, quality controlled and within-the- budget construction performance. During the whole construction process, value engineering studies continue to avoid extra expenses and to even lower the estimated budget if possible.
