| Once the decision is made to go ahead with the development, Proge organizes the design team of architects and engineers, either by choosing a number of design groups and getting price offers or price offers together with concept designs, or by open competition, and advises the Client, who makes the final decision. Proge prepares the contract for the Client to sign with the Design Group, and follows-up the design work regarding timely performance and compliance with the anticipated budget. |
